How Evri Next Day Delivery Works

Evri's next day delivery service is designed for urgent parcels that need to arrive quickly. Here's what makes it different from standard delivery:

Priority Collection

Next day parcels are collected first and processed with priority handling.

Your parcel is collected from the sender and immediately flagged as a priority item. This means it gets processed first at sorting facilities and loaded onto the earliest available transport to your local depot.

Express Transit

Faster movement through the network with dedicated transport routes.

Next day parcels travel on express routes that bypass some of the standard sorting processes. This reduces transit time and ensures your parcel reaches the delivery depot by early morning.

Guaranteed Delivery Window

Delivery by 1pm the next working day, with morning priority.

Next day parcels are loaded onto delivery vehicles first and are typically among the first deliveries of the day. Most next day parcels are delivered between 9am and 1pm.

Important Considerations

Working Days Only

Next day delivery applies to working days only. Parcels sent on Friday will arrive Monday (unless Saturday delivery is specifically arranged).

Collection Cutoff Times

For true next day delivery, parcels must be collected before the daily cutoff time (usually 5pm). Late collections may delay delivery by one day.

Weather and Peak Periods

Severe weather or peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday) may affect next day delivery guarantees. Check tracking for real-time updates.

If Your Next Day Delivery Is Delayed

Check for service updates

Look for any service disruption notices that might affect delivery times.

Monitor tracking closely

Next day parcels have more frequent updates, so check every few hours for the latest status.

Contact Evri if delayed beyond 1pm

If your next day parcel hasn't arrived by 1pm on the expected day, contact Evri customer service for investigation.
